If you speak with Emma, our AI business consultant, the messages you send are processed so she can respond and so we can understand the enquiry.
Why we use it
We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to scope and deliver consulting work.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept while there is an active conversation or engagement, and afterwards only as long as needed for our business records.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it.
Third parties
We use a small number of service providers to host this website and to power Emma's conversational layer. They process information on our instructions only.
